BookTrust will collect your personal information, such as names and name of the publishing house you work for, email address, and telephone numbers, to enable your participation in The Blue Peter Book Awards 2020. This form is also used to submit authors’ and illustrators’ personal data, such as names, nationalities and town and country they live in to the BBC. It is the obligation of your publishing house to give appropriate privacy notice and obtain appropriate consents for processing of personal data by BookTrust from the authors and illustrators you represent.

BookTrust is the data controller of the data submitted via this entry form. Personal data collected shall only be kept for as long as necessary for the Awards.
